Religious education for children between 7 and 12 years old.
The program of religious education aims at the sacramental preparation of the faithful who need to complete their Christian initiation. To educate and form in the faith those who need to receive the sacrament of baptism, the Eucharist or the confirmation .
It offers families an atmosphere of catechetical, liturgical, and devotional formation. It highlights the family and moral values of the domestic church having the virgin as a model seeking to increase the Mariana devotion.
TEAMWORK
Receive a preparation in family, where the parents are the main catechists of their children in collaboration with other catechists.
They all receive the same formation. Parents are receiving the same class as their children at their own level. Students with their catechists learn every green of faith. Our rector and priests direct and accompany us during the process of formation and education to both catechists, children and parents.
Long Term Goals
The catechist transmits to the children the teachings of the church with techniques according to their ages. The catechist also encourages and guide parents to continue to educate their children in the faith. With the objective to help parents forge long-term goals of continuing to practice Christian values even after the period of catechesis.
WE CELELBRATE AND EMPHASIZE THE MISSION
Finally, we celebrate the sacrament of the Eucharist emphasizing that is the beginning of a Christian life for his children and their families, we exhort them to continue their mission in their parishes.
